Providers Used by the Current App

Google Firebase Authentication provides Aiden email sign-in, verification, and password recovery. ChatGPT Sites continues to host Aiden, with Cloudflare Workers running the app and Cloudflare D1 storing signed-in account data. Existing users can explicitly connect their earlier sign-in to a verified Firebase sign-in after proving ownership of both. OpenAI separately processes Talk with Me requests through its API.

Aiden uses Firebase Authentication only. Gemini, Google Cloud databases, Google Analytics, Google Play services, and Google social sign-in are not initialized. The published Gmail support address is an email contact, not automatic forwarding of app records.

Links to outside resources, your device sharing menu, email or SMS apps, clipboard, downloads, and browser text-to-speech operate through the services you choose. Aiden cannot recall copies after you share them. The browser or operating system may provide speech voices; local-only speech processing is not guaranteed by Aiden.

The app does not promise a verified data region, backup duration, or special provider retention arrangement. Questions about the current hosting and provider configuration can be sent to West Wind Storm LLC.

Why Third-Party Services Are Used

Modern online services often rely on specialized technology providers.

A service provider may process limited information when necessary to perform the service West Wind Storm LLC uses.

West Wind Storm LLC seeks to limit third-party access to information reasonably necessary for the service being provided.

Outside Websites and Resources

Aiden may also link to organizations, government agencies, community programs, healthcare providers, employment resources, businesses, or other outside websites.

These outside organizations are independent from West Wind Storm LLC unless specifically stated otherwise.

West Wind Storm LLC does not control their:

Privacy practices.

Security practices.

Terms.

Websites.

Eligibility decisions.

Services.

Availability.

Prices.

Policies.

Opening an outside service may subject you to that organization's own terms and privacy practices.

AI Service Providers

Some Aiden features may use an outside artificial intelligence service provider.

When an AI feature requires outside processing, information submitted through that feature may be sent to the AI service provider so the requested response can be generated.

Health-Related Information

Third-party processing of health-related information should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the feature the user intentionally chooses to use.

Provider Changes

The companies used to operate Aiden may change over time.

West Wind Storm LLC should update its policies when a provider change materially changes how personal information is collected, used, processed, or shared.

No Unsupported Provider Claims

Aiden should not state that an outside provider:

Never stores information.

Never uses information for training.

Immediately deletes information.

Is HIPAA compliant for Aiden's particular use.

Provides a particular legal protection.

unless that claim has been separately verified for Aiden's actual configuration.
