Current Health Storage and Sharing

For a signed-in user, saved Health Log, Body Map, check-in, medication, and My Care Team information is stored with the account in Cloudflare D1 through ChatGPT Sites. Guest records stay in this browser on this device.

My Care Team is a healthcare-contact directory. It stays separate from My People and does not automatically become a sharing recipient list. Saving a contact sends nothing to that person and gives them no access.

Talk with Me does not automatically read or attach saved health records or care contacts. If you type or paste health details into a conversation, your submitted message and up to 20 recent conversation messages are sent to OpenAI for the reply.

Aiden requests that OpenAI not store Responses API output using store:false. This does not provide zero retention: OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default, or longer where legally required. No special zero-retention arrangement is promised for Aiden.

Aiden Is a Consumer Support Tool

Aiden is designed to help users organize, record, communicate, and understand information they choose to enter.

Aiden is not a healthcare provider, health plan, hospital, pharmacy, therapist, or emergency medical service.

Information entered into Aiden should not automatically be assumed to receive the same legal protections as information contained in a healthcare provider's medical record.

West Wind Storm LLC will seek to handle sensitive information responsibly and comply with privacy, security, and breach-notification requirements that apply to Aiden.

Types of Health-Related Information

Depending on the features you choose to use, health-related information may include:

Medication information.

Symptoms.

Body-map information.

Mood and emotional check-ins.

Sensory experiences.

Daily living information that may relate to health.

Notes created for a doctor, therapist, or other provider.

Information about routines, hydration, movement, sleep, food, or similar areas.

Other information you voluntarily enter that relates to your physical or mental health.

You Choose What to Enter

You do not have to use every health-related feature.

You should only enter information you are comfortable storing in Aiden.

Avoid entering information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.

How Health-Related Information May Be Used

Health-related information may be used to provide features you choose to use.

For example, information may be used to:

Save your medication information.

Display your check-in history.

Record body-map information.

Help you organize symptoms or observations.

Help prepare information you may choose to discuss with a healthcare professional.

Support communication tools you intentionally use.

Provide patterns, summaries, or organizational assistance when those features are available.

Health-related information should not be used for purposes that are unrelated to providing or securing Aiden unless additional notice and any legally required permission are provided.

Selling and Advertising

West Wind Storm LLC does not sell Aiden users' health-related information.

West Wind Storm LLC does not provide Aiden users' health-related information to data brokers.

West Wind Storm LLC does not use Aiden users' health-related information for targeted advertising.

Sharing Health Information

Entering health information into Aiden does not by itself mean you have chosen to share that information with another person.

If a feature allows you to share health-related information with someone else, Aiden should provide a reasonable opportunity to understand what will be shared and who will receive it before the information is sent.

Possible recipients may include a person you choose, such as:

A doctor.

Therapist.

Support person.

Family member.

Friend.

Other person you intentionally select.

You are responsible for deciding whether you want to share your information with another person.

Artificial Intelligence

Some present or future Aiden features may use artificial intelligence.

If a feature sends health-related information to an outside artificial intelligence service for processing, Aiden should provide clear notice before that information is submitted.

The notice should explain that the information may be processed by an AI service provider to generate the response or feature requested.

AI-generated information may contain errors.

Aiden and AI-generated responses should not be relied upon as the sole source for medical or mental health decisions.

Service Providers

West Wind Storm LLC may use third-party services necessary to operate Aiden.

Depending on the current technical configuration, providers may support services such as:

Hosting.

Cloud storage.

Authentication.

Security.

Technical infrastructure.

Email delivery.

Artificial intelligence processing.

Those providers may process information when necessary to provide services to West Wind Storm LLC.

West Wind Storm LLC seeks to limit access to information reasonably necessary for those services.

Medical Decisions

Aiden does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions.

Aiden does not prescribe medication.

Aiden does not determine whether medication should be started, stopped, increased, decreased, or otherwise changed.

Aiden does not determine whether a symptom is dangerous.

Aiden does not replace a doctor, therapist, pharmacist, emergency service, or other qualified professional.

If you have questions about your health or medication, consult an appropriate qualified professional.

If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact the emergency service appropriate to your situation.

Security

West Wind Storm LLC uses reasonable measures designed to protect stored information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No internet-connected service can guarantee perfect security.

Users can help protect their information by:

Using a strong password.

Keeping login credentials private.

Signing out of shared devices.

Avoiding unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Reporting suspected unauthorized account access.

Data Retention and Deletion

Health-related information may be stored for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the features you use, maintain your account, protect the service, or meet legitimate legal obligations.

West Wind Storm LLC does not intend to retain sensitive health information indefinitely simply because it can.

Delete My Account and Data is available in Settings → Your Data and at /delete-account.

Account deletion removes active saved health records and other account content. Backups, provider retention, offline devices, downloads, and copies already shared are outside immediate deletion; contact West Wind Storm LLC with questions.

Requests may require verification that the requester is the account owner.

Security Incidents

If West Wind Storm LLC discovers a security incident involving health-related information, the incident will be investigated and reasonable action will be taken based on the circumstances.

Where applicable law requires notice to affected users, government agencies, or others, West Wind Storm LLC will provide required notifications.

Your Choices

You control whether you use Aiden's optional health-related features.

You may choose not to enter particular information.

You may choose whether to share information through features that provide sharing controls.

Where available, you may use Aiden's data controls to review, correct, delete, export, or manage information.
