Aiden policy

Aiden Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Aiden, Aid in Autistic Adult Living, operated by West Wind Storm LLC.

By creating an Aiden account or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you agree to follow them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use account-based Aiden services.

Aiden is designed for independent autistic adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Aiden account.

Aiden provides tools that may assist with communication, organization, sensory needs, routines, daily living, resources, employment exploration, and other areas of everyday life.

Aiden is not a doctor, therapist, hospital, emergency service, diagnostic service, lawyer, financial adviser, employment agency, or substitute for qualified professional services.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

Do not intentionally allow another person to use your account as if it were their own.

Please notify West Wind Storm LLC if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your Information and Content

You retain ownership of original personal information and content that you enter into Aiden.

By entering information into Aiden, you give West Wind Storm LLC the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, and transmit that information as needed to operate Aiden and provide features you request.

Using Aiden does not transfer ownership of your personal writing, personal records, or original content to West Wind Storm LLC.

West Wind Storm and Aiden Content

Unless otherwise stated, Aiden software, branding, interface materials, original artwork, Aiden orb artwork, written materials, design elements, and West Wind Storm LLC content are owned by West Wind Storm LLC or used with permission.

Using Aiden does not transfer ownership of those materials to the user.

Nothing in these Terms prevents users from saving, printing, exporting, or sharing their own information where Aiden provides those capabilities.

Aiden may help you record symptoms, medication information, moods, sensory experiences, body-map information, or other information you choose to record.

These tools are intended for organization and communication.

Aiden does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions.

Aiden does not prescribe medication.

Aiden does not determine whether a medication should be started, stopped, or changed.

Aiden does not determine whether a symptom is dangerous.

Seek qualified professional care for medical or mental health concerns.

If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact the emergency or crisis service appropriate to your situation.

Some Aiden features may use artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information may contain errors.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated information for important medical, mental health, emergency, legal, financial, or employment decisions.

Working Differently is intended to support employment exploration, self-understanding, and preparation.

Unless West Wind Storm LLC expressly states otherwise for a particular service, Working Differently is not a job board, employment agency, recruiter, vocational diagnosis, or guarantee of employment.

West Wind Storm LLC does not guarantee interviews, employment, income, accommodations, benefit eligibility, or hiring decisions.

Aiden may provide information about outside organizations, resources, businesses, providers, agencies, or programs.

Listing an outside resource does not guarantee that West Wind Storm LLC endorses that organization or guarantees its services.

Outside information can change.

Users should independently verify important information such as eligibility, services, pricing, hours, location, professional credentials, and availability.

You may not use Aiden to harm, threaten, harass, defraud, exploit, stalk, or impersonate another person.

You may not intentionally gain unauthorized access to another person's account or private information.

You may not introduce malicious code, intentionally disrupt the service, bypass security measures, or use Aiden to violate applicable law.

You may not use support or sharing features to coerce, exploit, stalk, or harass another person.

West Wind Storm LLC may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Aiden is under active development.

Features may contain bugs, behave unexpectedly, change, move, be redesigned, become temporarily unavailable, or be removed.

Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Providing feedback does not create an employment relationship or right to compensation unless a separate written agreement specifically provides otherwise.

West Wind Storm LLC may add, change, improve, move, replace, suspend, or discontinue features.

We will seek to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability of every feature cannot be guaranteed.

West Wind Storm LLC cannot guarantee that Aiden will produce any particular medical, mental health, employment, financial, productivity, relationship, disability-benefit, or other personal outcome.

Use of Aiden does not by itself create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial advisory, employment, or other licensed professional relationship with West Wind Storm LLC.

West Wind Storm LLC works to keep Aiden functional and useful, but software can experience outages, errors, data loss, technical problems, and unexpected behavior.

Aiden is provided subject to those practical limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, West Wind Storm LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of Aiden, inability to use Aiden, reliance on Aiden-generated information, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited.

West Wind Storm LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

Protect users or others.

Protect Aiden or West Wind Storm LLC systems.

Investigate suspected misuse.

Respond to security threats.

Comply with applicable law.

Where appropriate, users should be given a reasonable opportunity to address ordinary account issues.

Use of personal information is also governed by the Aiden Privacy Policy.

Where Aiden asks for additional permission concerning particularly sensitive information or sharing, that permission is separate from acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated as Aiden develops or applicable requirements change.

Material changes will be communicated appropriately where required.

The effective date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the current version.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without attempting to eliminate mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on a user's location.
