Aiden policy

Service Limitations

Aiden is a daily-living support tool operated by West Wind Storm LLC.

Software can contain errors, become unavailable, or work differently across devices. These limits do not remove your privacy rights.

Keep appropriate independent records of critical medical, financial, legal, appointment, employment, or emergency information.

Aiden should not be the only place you keep information you cannot afford to lose.

West Wind Storm LLC does not continuously monitor your account, health information, mood, messages, or safety.

Entering concerning information into Aiden does not cause someone to contact you. Aiden is not an emergency response service or a substitute for professional care.

You can report bugs, broken links, confusing wording, accessibility barriers, privacy or safety concerns, and features that are difficult to use.

Useful details include the page, what you clicked, what you expected, what happened, and your device or browser. Share a screenshot only if you are comfortable and it does not expose private information.

You do not need to know how to fix the problem.

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable as Aiden is maintained and improved.

West Wind Storm LLC seeks to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

Aiden's Privacy Policy and other applicable Safety, Privacy & Trust information continue to apply when features are updated.

Providing feedback does not create an employment relationship or a right to payment unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
